About Locklin

Born and raised in St George Utah, Locklin is a guitar instructor, gigging musician, and music artist who has been incredibly grateful for many years of experience and opportunities in the music industry. His passion lies not only in music, but also in spreading integrity, compassion, and curiosity through his musical endeavors. Locklin fell in love with the guitar at the age of 13 when he began his own self taught instruction. Since then, he has studied under many esteemed guitarists in Southern Utah, including gigging musician and guitar instructor for award winning Utah Arts Academy, Professor David Anderson. Locklin has a diverse skill set as a guitarist, having played in pit orchestras, small ensembles, and big bands at Utah Arts Academy and Utah Tech University. Along with a bachelor's degree in communications, Locklin has 6 years of experience professionally gigging throughout the southwest playing country and rock music, as well as 8 years experience as a private studio guitar instructor. Today, he continues to instruct guitar in St George Utah, while gigging and eagerly honing his craft.
